All hourly employees are enrolled in the Pulp and Paper Industry Pension Plan (“the Plan”), in accordance with our CEP Union Local.

Neucel contributes 10% of employees earnings to the Plan, and employees contribute 8% of earnings, which are automatically deducted from the payroll.
