Community Giving Guidelines
At Neucel Specialty Cellulose, helping the community is an important part of who we are. In order to support the maximum amount of funding requests, we are asking groups to participate in our application process.
Beginning as of May 1st, 2011 please follow the Neucel policy on donation requests. All applicants are required to fill out a Donation Request Form and submit no later than March 31st for all Spring and Summer requests and by August 31st for all Fall and Winter requests. You can pick up one of these forms at the Human Resources department at the mill site, or print from the Neucel web site.
We will not accept requests for the following:
- Religious activities
- Benefits to Individuals only
- Events or Organizations outside of the Tri-Port area
- Promotion of Controversial issues.
- Political organization and affiliated activities
Neucel hopes to sponsor activities that will support:
- Local families and youth
- Programs for employees
- Community growth programs
- Partnership programs
Please be advised that Neucel Specialty Cellulose has extended the deadline to May 31st, 2011 for all 2011 Spring and Summer Donation Requests.
